“Artist for fun; wildlife, fan art and landscapes mostly but will paint or draw anything that interests me.”
I am a wildlife enthusiast, and enjoy the outdoors. I started off drawing the Lions and Tigers at my local Zoo on the Isle of Wight, and found a real love for capturing the personalities of these beautiful animals. I then branched out into portraits of classic Hollywood actors and actresses, friends, family, and of course pets!
Over the years have developed my skills and techniques through various mediums including acrylic paints, oils, pencil, coloured pencils, watercolour, inks, graphite, charcoal and conte crayon. I spend most of my free time sketching, or practicing new drawing methods.
Open to new challenges, I have created a number of artwork commissions for friends and family. These commissions include portraits of a treasured pet, family member or just something of interest. You can see some of these projects on my commission page. I’m always looking for suggestions of what to do next.
